以企业注册地看，全国34 个省份中，广东、北京企业依然领跑，研发人员数量依次为89.55 万人、81.55 万人，是第三名浙江（34.93万人）的两倍以上。两个省份研发人员合计达到171.1 万人，在34 个省份中占比超过四成（44.12%），与研发投入一样具有压倒性优势。
