第四十条 在自然保护区核心保护区内开展本条例第二十六条规定以外的活动的，由县级以上人民政府林业草原、自然资源、生态环境、水行政、农业农村等有关部门按照职责分工责令停止违法行为，没收违法所得，可以处10万元以下的罚款；属于违法修筑设施或者进行工程建设的，责令限期拆除、恢复原状，处10万元以上100万元以下的罚款；造成生态破坏的，责令限期修复或者采取其他补救措施，处100万元以上500万元以下的罚款。
